- Licensed practicing physical therapist in Charlotte, North Carolina with over 16 years of experience.
- Received certification in orthopedic manual therapy (OMT) from the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Burlington, MA.
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
- Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA.
- Completed mentorship program at the Institute of Human Performance in Boca Raton, FLA.
- Works with triathletes on developing injury prevention programs, providing physical therapy services, and performing functional movement screens/musculoskeletal assessments.
