Ever wanted to participate in a Triathlon?

Studio7’s Try-A-Tri Program is a low risk way to get started in Triathlon.
The Try -A- Tri program is designed for those who want to:

  • do a triathlon for the very first time
  • get a taste for what coaching can offer you in results and accountability
  • be a part of a “Team” training environment
  • get exposed to some of the more technical aspects in our “try-a-tri” clinics and camps

Participating in this event is a great way to:

  1. start a personal fitness plan
  2. lose weight
  3. build strength and stamina,
  4. live healthier,
  5. get in shape with the accountability of team members

What to do:

  1. email a coach for more information
  2. Pick the Try –A- Tri program closest to you
  3. Watch your muscles bulge & your clothes get baggy as YOU get fit!!
  4. Be a part of the team and have fun in the process!
